Belt sanding, brushing, and vibratory grinding
In addition to traditional vibratory grinding, we also have automated belt sanding and brushing processes. Whatever the component to be deburred, we have the right technology. We have highly automated systems that combine excellent cost-effectiveness with maximum process reliability, particularly for large volumes, thanks to guaranteed double-sided processing.

We are therefore able to deburr small and large components just as efficiently as prototypes and mass-produced quantities.

Cost-effective and precise for large volumes

Double-disk grinding is a high-precision grinding process in which both sides of the component are ground to the exact thickness. In this process, the components are guided through the grinding wheels with the aid of a transport plate. This procedure, which is also known as “discus grinding”, is particularly suitable for cost-effective finishing of large volumes of components.

CNC-controlled surface grinding machines, such as the double-disk grinding machines, are characterized by their exceptional accuracy in the micrometer range and their ability to also efficiently handle the removal of large amounts of material. Double-disk grinding is used to produce high-quality surfaces, and enables precise definition of surface characteristics.

Toothed clutch disks

We are specialists when it comes to the production of toothed clutch disks, which we sharpen and further process using the latest CNC technology. Modern monitoring and marking systems ensure traceable, error-free components. We have 5 highly modern plants for the sharpening/pointing process which include systems for loading the components in position and in-process measuring systems.

We have five systems equipped with special features to optimize our production processes. These systems place the components in the correct position so that they are precisely aligned. They also feature advanced in-process measuring systems that guarantee continuous monitoring and quality assurance.

Precision components with the tightest of tolerances

When it comes to precision components with the tightest tolerances, finova are the right people to turn to. We combine modern turning machines for the further processing of semi-finished parts with customized measurement and testing technology, thereby ensuring reliable processes.

In addition to driven tools and automated loading and unloading, some of our turning machines also feature in-process measuring systems.

Refined finishing of surfaces

We offer you a wide range of finishing processes: Heat treatment such as tempering, hardening, and annealing, surface processing such as cathodic dip painting, Zi/Ni coating, phosphate coating, and powder coating in RAL colors. We also produce precision hybrid parts made of steel and plastic, including with fiber-reinforced materials – in cooperation with our reliable partners.
